This report describes the integrated management of a case of unicornuate uterus with rudimentary horn using transvaginal ultrasonography for pre-surgical diagnosis, pre-operative treatment with a gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonist for reducing the size of the rudimentary horn, and an endoscopic stapler for technically easier laparoscopic removal.

Key words: endoscopic stapler/gonadotrophin-releasing hormone agonists/laparoscopy/transvaginal ultrasonography/unicornuate uterus
