In this first issue of volume 24, you will notice that the format of Human Reproduction has been altered dramatically, bringing it very much in line with today's standards of publishing. This is the first major change in the journal's format since volume 1, published in 1986. This ‘cosmetic surgery’ was made possible by excellent collaboration between our publisher Oxford University Press and the Editorial teams of the three ESHRE Journals.
