Cover design The cover of Human Reproduction (upper two panels) shows an electropherogram displaying the sequence of the INHa variant compared with the wildtype sequence. Three out of 43 (7%) patients with premature ovarian failure (POF) were found to carry this variant, compared with 1/150 matched controls (0.7%, P < 0.035).
