Cover design The front cover of Human Reproduction shows FISH analysis of inner cell mass for the chromosomes X (light blue), 13 (yellow), 16 (green), 18 (pink) and 21 (red). The inner cell mass was isolated from an expanded hatching blastocyst that had been diagnosed as monosomic for chromosome 13 after analysis of a single blastomere on day 3. Development of mosaicism during cleavage divisions in morphologically normal blastocysts may be one of the causes of failed implantation. For further details, see pp. 17811786.
