Cover design  The cover of Human Reproduction shows chromosomal anomalies found in paternal complements of tripronuclear zygotes derived from ICSI. This study provides the first direct evidence of a higher incidence of numerical chromosome anomalies in sperm-fertilized human oocytes using spermatozoa from men with poor sperm quality treated by ICSI, compared with spermatozoa from normozoospermic men treated by IVF. For further details, see pp. 115-120.
