The front cover of Human Reproduction shows displacement of Leydig cells to inside the seminiferous tubules in in-utero DBP-exposed rats 90 days postnatally. Double staining for 3b-HSD (green) for Leydig cell marker and vimentin (red) for Sertoli cell marker shows that these cells are not aberrant Sertoli cells. For further details, see pp. 1383-1394.
