The cover picture shows the progression of XYY cells through meiosis. Immature germ cells from two 47XYY infertile males were identified by immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibody to proacrosin (red) and analysed for chromosomes X(green) Y (yellow) and 18 (blue).
