The cover of Human Reproduction shows embryoid body (EB) formation in a marmoset embryonic stem cell line - cjes001. Both cystic and compact EB phenotypes can be seen (top). Immunofluorescence detection (bottom) shows expression of endodermal (α-Fetoprotein (AFP)), ectodermal (β-III Tubulin) and mesodermal (Brachyury) markers suggestive of embryonic germ layer differentiation in compact EBs.
